Here are some of the amazing humans I’ve supported with hypnotherapy so far:

  • Amazing people with ADHD – ADHD can be a superpower. There are many well-known people (and not-so-well-known people) who have ADHD and have achieved amazing things.  There are, however, some symptoms that can be not so helpful. I have been successful in supporting these amazing humans to reduce symptoms like distractibility, emotional overwhelm, restlessness, and impulsivity. We focus on improving focus, building self-regulation, and creating brain-friendly habits that stick.

  • Clients wanting to reduce alcohol consumption – Whether you want to give up alcohol completely or just have a better relationship with it, I have supported those brave humans who want to create healthier relationships with alcohol by building self-awareness, control, and more empowering habits. We break it down to the root cause of the excessive drinking, to help them heal, become empowered, and live the life they want.

"I came to Stacy with an alcohol issue that was effecting my health and day to day life. I was drinking during the week and every weekend at home with my partner and also consuming in excessive amounts each time. It was affecting my work, life, parenting, physically health and relationships. I entered this experience wanting to cut out the amount of days as well as amount of alcohol I was intaking each drinking session. I also didn't want to feel like I needed the alcohol anymore. I was drinking 1 bottle of bourbon each time I drank and since my session with Stacy, I am able to feel like I don't NEED the alcohol anymore and I don't drink though the week, I only drink in social gatherings and a much lesser amount of alcohol on those few and far between on those occasions which is what I wanted.

I am feeling much better within myself, I am able to be present in life and feel so much better physically for it.

How do you know how many sessions are needed?

 

Every session is made just for you and your needs. Our deep beliefs in the subconscious mind take time to change. To fully change your thoughts, actions, and behaviors, sometimes more than one session is required.  

For most, three sessions are recommended to create lasting change and overcome what’s holding you back. Your transformation starts from the very first session. During our consultation, I’ll help design a personalised treatment plan to reach your goals. You already have the tools within you—I’ll guide you on how to unlock them!
